BlkMrkt New Zealand....

Frew... pre-BlkMrkt
Bret's new ride...

Matt Whitaker and the guys from Wide Open Distribution in the land of the Kiwi just let me know they have a new BlkMrkt rider they are supporting by the name of Bret Frew. If you're south of the equator look for Bret to be shredding his new Mob build with some support from Atomlab.

San Diego's Finest....

Yeah SDPD... way to keep the skatepark safe from the derelicts....

"this is not an admission of guilt (laugh) only a promise to appear, press hard... 3 copies.
(can you tell I've said that before?)

I've been waiting for O.G. Rick Nolte to get well enough from his shoulder injury to get some riding shots and introduce him as one of the new BlkMrkt riders but this is going to have to do for now until he can make a full recover from surgery.

Those of you who know Rick and seen him ride... it's very different from what you're used to seeing. Rick is a master of the front brake nose wheelie, the 5 mile roll back and numerous other randomness on a bike. I recently witnessed him hop on to a sea wall ledge with a 20' drop on one ride only to nose wheelie a steep 2 section 10 flat 10 stair ledge before dropping into the sand perfectly at the bottom leaving a 20 people scratching their heads.... BTW the ledge was 12" wide but had a 6" decorative railing down the center of the entire ledge... leaving Rick less than 4" to keep from ending up stair meat covered in sand. Rick is a different kind of rider and I like it!!!

Welcome to the team Rick... Rick will also be running Atomlab, Profile, X-Fusion forks(when he's not on the tech9 rigid), Intense tires, Hoven Vision glasses, UTI (under the influence... he is), G13, & Saint stoppers. Look for Rick at the Brooklyn Banks Jam in June... he'll be the guy wishing he could ride. Peace from Taiwan.

This is a low rent update because I don't have any real details or photos other than Adam called to tell me he won... beating Chase in the finals.

Adam's winning run consisted of a 1 hand/no foot can on the first set, 720 on the 2nd followed by a ripping run thru the speed trials portion and a double whip over the last set... photos and more details to come...

Andrew Bigelow strikes again....

moves... everywhere... anywhere... moves...
Fancy pants wall plant.
extended 3 tuck... enough said.

As you're about to see... Andrew has moves of all shapes and sizes...
3 t-bog
Andrew sent these to me a while ago and I'm lame for taking this long to post them... but in my defense I've been waiting for the new Vengeance fork for the Big Guy from X-Fusion but as with all new products there's always production delays. So now... you'll get twice as much Bigelow. This Canadian is a badass and the newest full flow team rider!!! Expect to see Andrew rockin' the new X-Fusion Vengeance very soon.
And a huge thank you to Julien Grimard for the amazing photos.

Stickersss....

For a long time people have been asking for replacement sticker kits for Mobs & Riots... well, they're finally here and in the store including the newest Mob kit... headbadges coming soon.

Nor Cal reppin'...

Fuckin' Jim Dizzle... he's like a tough version of Peter Pan... with a mustache!!!
Luke clocks one before the injury.... there's pissy BMX'er in there too.

Jim makes the broken down transitions of the "Fun Spot" in downtown Santa Cruz look fun.

Santa Cruz has some of the best 26" riders in the world and 2 seriously stylish riders in Jim Tharp and new BMX convert Luke Brennan. Luke has also recently started shooting photos and showing some talent behind the lens too... probably a good thing while he's still recovering from a broken ankle.

Here's the team of Jim Dizzle and Loc Dog... breakin' it down.
